Joe Pugliese Jr. is the Managing Director of BlackPoint Partners and has over 15 years of successful experience in Executive Search. Earlier, Joe had a successful sales career with both Sun Microsystems and VERITAS Software where he focused on selling to early stage venture-backed companies in the Silicon Valley. Joe began his career with Logic Network Solutions, a consulting firm that specialized in placing top engineering talent on technical projects throughout the Southern California area.

Joe received his BA from California State University of Long Beach. Joe spends his spare time with his wife Olya and his two sons Nicholas and Giovanni.

Rachel Hassan

Rachel Hassan is an Executive Recruiter at BlackPoint Partners and brings several years of successful experience to the firm. Earlier, Rachel worked for Ashley Ellis, an Executive Search Firm focused on engineering and technical talent. Rachel started her career as a Latin and History teacher both in both Private and Public schools.

Rachel received her BA in Latin and Ancient Greek from UC Irvine and her BA in Communications from California State University of Sacramento.

Functional Specialties- Engineering, Sales, and Human Resources.

Isyrose Surriga

Isyrose Surriga is a Research Analyst for BlackPoint Partners. Isy is responsible for the firm's Internet research and data. Isy supports the needs of the team with her research expertise throughout the search process.

Isy received her BS in Computer Science from Adamson College.
